2. Standard Refund Timeline
Our refund policy is structured based on when you request a refund relative to the course start date. The refund amount decreases as the course progresses.

3. Course-Specific Refund Policies
3.1 Online Self-Paced Courses
For online self-paced courses, the following refund policy applies:
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund if less than 10% of course content has been accessed
- 15-30 days after purchase: 50% refund if less than 25% of course content has been accessed
- After 30 days: No refund available
3.2 Instructor-Led Live Courses
For courses with scheduled live sessions:
- Refunds are based on the number of sessions attended
- If you have attended one or more live sessions, a prorated refund may be issued
- After attending 25% or more of scheduled sessions, no refund is available
- Recorded sessions count as attended if accessed
3.3 Bootcamps and Intensive Programs
For multi-week bootcamps and intensive programs:
- Before program start: Follow standard refund timeline (see Section 2)
- First week of program: 50% refund available
- After first week: No refund; transfer to future cohort may be possible with fee
3.4 Bundle Packages
For course bundles or packages:
- Refunds are calculated based on the individual course prices, not the bundle price
- Completed or accessed courses are charged at full individual price
- Remaining courses follow the standard refund policy
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In cases of serious medical conditions or emergency situations:
- Documentation may be required (medical certificate, emergency documentation)
- Options may include a full or partial refund, course transfer, or extended access

4.2 Course Cancellation by AI Learning Hub
If we cancel a course, you will receive:
- 100% full refund of all fees paid, or
- Option to transfer to an equivalent course at no additional cost, or
- Credit toward any future AI Learning Hub course
4.3 Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical problems that prevent course access:
- Contact our support team immediately
- We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- If issues cannot be resolved, a full refund or course transfer will be offered
- Documentation of technical problems may be required
4.4 Dissatisfaction with Course Quality
If you are dissatisfied with course quality:
- Contact us within 14 days of course start with specific feedback
- We will attempt to address your concerns and improve your experience
- If issues cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be considered
- Must not have completed more than 25% of the course
5. Refund Request Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include your full name, course name, enrollment date, and order number
- Provide a detailed explanation for your refund request

5.3 Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the original payment method:
- Credit card refunds are processed to the original card
- PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account
- Bank transfers are returned to the originating account

6. Transfers and Deferrals
6.1 Course Transfers
As an alternative to refunds, you may request to transfer to another course:
- Must request transfer at least 7 days before course start
- Transfer to a course of equal or lesser value: no additional fee
- Transfer to a higher-value course: pay the price difference
- One free transfer allowed per enrollment; subsequent transfers incur a $50 administrative fee
6.2 Course Deferrals
You may request to defer your enrollment to a future cohort or session:
- Request must be made before course start or within first week
- First deferral is free of charge
- Must enroll in a session starting within 12 months
- Subsequent deferrals may incur a $50 administrative fee
- After 12 months, deferral converts to a credit for 50% of paid fees
7. Credits and Vouchers
7.1 Course Credits
In some circumstances, we may offer course credits instead of refunds:
- Credits can be used toward any AI Learning Hub course
- Credits are valid for 12 months from issue date
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Credits must be used in full and cannot be partially redeemed
7.2 Gift Certificates and Promotional Codes
- Courses purchased with gift certificates follow standard refund policies
- Refunds for gift certificate purchases are issued as credits, not cash
- Promotional codes and discounts are not refundable
- If a partial refund is issued, promotional discounts are deducted first
8. Corporate and Group Enrollments
For corporate training programs and group enrollments:
- Custom refund terms may apply based on your agreement
- Minimum participant requirements may affect refund eligibility

- Volume discounts are factored into refund calculations
9. Payment Plans and Installments

- Completing all course modules or sessions
- Receiving a certificate of completion
- Downloading all course materials

No refund will be issued if your enrollment is terminated due to:

- Academic dishonesty or misconduct
- Harassment of instructors or other students
- Unauthorized sharing of course materials
10.3 Third-Party Purchases
For courses purchased through third-party platforms or marketplaces:
- The refund policy of the platform applies
- Contact the platform's customer service for refund requests
- AI Learning Hub cannot process refunds for third-party purchases
11. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
